PyramidThis single-burner countertop induction range is safer and heats faster than traditional countertop ranges, making it ideal for your busy restaurant kitchen display cooking or omelet stations. The induction cooktop actually recognizes the circumference of the pot or pan placed on it and heats only within that area, for maximum heat efficiency. Durable stainless steel housing and ceramic top are easy to clean. Convenient push-button controls and a digital display on this cooktop allow you to adjust the temperature between 160 and 464 degrees Fahrenheit. This commercial induction range should be used only with induction ready cookware up to 9' diameter, and the cookware must be a magnetic metal such as steel, iron or nickel.
